By accessing and using the Car Transport Connection website (cartransportconnection.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Car Transport Connection. Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Car Transport Connection is a facilitator and broker within the auto transport process. We are very clear about this role. We do not own or operate transport trucks or employ drivers directly. Instead, Car Transport Connection connects customers with qualified, licensed, and insured auto transport carriers.

Our services include:

• Finding suitable trucking companies at competitive market rates
• Vetting and verifying carrier credentials, insurance, and licensing
• Coordinating the entire transport process from booking to delivery
• Providing customer support throughout the transport process
• Facilitating communication between customers and carriers

You will have the option to accept or decline the final trucking rate before your vehicle is dispatched. We work exclusively with properly licensed carriers authorized for hire by the US Department of Transportation.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and transport requirements
• Ensure your vehicle is in operable condition unless otherwise specified
• Be available for pickup and delivery within agreed timeframes
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (carrier insurance does not cover personal items)
• Maintain approximately 1/4 tank of fuel in the vehicle
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses accessible to transport trucks
• Notify us immediately of any changes to vehicle condition, modifications, or transport requirements
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during pickup and delivery
• Inspect the vehicle thoroughly upon delivery and note any discrepancies on the Bill of Lading

Vehicle Misrepresentation: If your vehicle is not as described, has undisclosed modifications, additional weight, or differs from stock condition without prior notification, you void your right to a refund and may be subject to additional charges.

Pricing Structure: Our pricing is market-based and subject to supply and demand fluctuations. We guarantee to produce transport options within $150 of our calculated price, or you are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid.

Payment Process:

• Initial booking fee of $100 is required to secure your transport order
• Final trucking rate is paid directly to the carrier upon delivery
• Accepted payment methods for final payment: cash, cashier's check, Zelle, or Cash App
• Credit card payments for final trucking rate incur a 4.49% processing fee

Rate Authorization: You authorize Car Transport Connection to facilitate transport at the listed rate. This rate is not guaranteed until a specific carrier is assigned and you approve the final trucking rate. We will not dispatch your vehicle at a higher rate without your explicit authorization.

Overages: If transport costs exceed the initial estimate, we will request your approval before proceeding. You have the right to accept or decline any rate increases.

Carrier Insurance: All cargo coverage is provided by the contracted trucking company, not by Car Transport Connection. We verify all insurance policies prior to dispatching any vehicle. Most carriers maintain:

• Minimum $1 million liability coverage
• $100,000 to $500,000 cargo coverage
• Higher coverage for exotic or high-value vehicles when requested

Liability Limitations: Car Transport Connection is not responsible for physical damages or transport damages. These liabilities are the responsibility of the contracted carrier. In the event of damage, we will assist you with documentation and insurance information to file claims against the carrier's cargo insurance.

Additional Coverage: You may purchase additional "one-trip policies" from your insurance company or online providers for extra protection during transport.

Personal Items: Personal belongings left in vehicles are NOT covered by carrier insurance. Remove all personal items before transport or transport them at your own risk.

Pickup Windows: Scheduling requires a minimum 2-day pickup window, with at least one weekday. Pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Hard Deadlines: If you have firm pickup or delivery deadlines, you must inform us within 24 hours of booking. The typical solution is to schedule transport early to ensure timely arrival.

Flexibility Benefits: Flexible scheduling improves your chances of securing favorable rates and reliable carriers. Rigid timeframes may require premium pricing.

Dry Run Fees: If your vehicle is not ready for pickup when the carrier arrives, you will be subject to a minimum $100 dry run fee.

Transit Times: Actual delivery times depend on distance, weather, traffic, carrier schedules, and other factors beyond our control.

24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched to a carrier.

Cancellation After 24 Hours: After 24 hours, we will refund any payments toward the trucking rate (if your vehicle has not been picked up), but the initial booking fee is non-refundable due to the time and resources invested in setting up your transport.

Double Booking Prohibition: If your transport appears on Central Dispatch or other load boards with another company within 10 days of your first available move date, your right to a refund will be voided and your order canceled. Double booking leads to bidding against yourself and inhibits our ability to secure favorable rates.

Special Circumstances for Refunds:

• Inability to produce viable transport options within 7 days of your first available transport date
• Inability to produce options within $150 of our calculated price

Refund Processing: All refunds are subject to a 3.49% processing fee (the same fee charged by payment processors). Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and must be requested in writing within 30 days of booking.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Direct Communication: We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues promptly
2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding mediation
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association

Limitation of Liability: Car Transport Connection's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary to provide transport services, including contact information, vehicle details, and pickup/delivery locations.

Information Use: Your information is used to:

• Coordinate your vehicle transport
• Communicate with you and carriers
• Process payments
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal requirements

Information Sharing: We share your information with contracted carriers as necessary to complete your transport. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, though no system is completely secure.
